NICE TO MEET YOU
I bring a design perspective shaped by clean lines, thoughtful proportion, and a deep appreciation for how space shapes daily life- applied to every home I work on, from the first sketch to the final finish.
My work is rooted in the belief that a home should feel both refined and deeply livable. I’m drawn to clarity in layout, intentional flow, and details that quietly elevate the everyday experience. Whether reimagining an existing home or designing something entirely new, I approach each project with both creativity and structure.
As a mother of 4 boys and homeowner myself, I understand how homes must evolve over time- adapting to growing families, changing routines, and new chapters. That lived experience informs the way I design: with balance, longevity, and purpose at the forefront.
Every project is an opportunity to create a home that feels timeless, intentional, and distinctly yours.

✓ 16+ years of residential design experience
✓ Projects permitted and completed across King, Snohomish, Kitsap and Pierce County WA, and the Bay Area CA

Why Homeowners Choose Jifa
Why Homeowners Across the Seattle Eastside Choose Jifa Planning & Design?
When you’re planning a home addition, remodel, or new build, the process can feel overwhelming- permits, contractors, city approvals, and design decisions all at once. That’s where we come in.
At Jifa Planning & Design, we serve as your single point of contact from the first sketch to the final permit stamp- and beyond.
One designer, start to finish. You work directly with Yifat- not a rotating team. Every decision, drawing, and detail is handled personally.
Permit-ready drawings that get approved. We know King and Snohomish County requirements inside and out. Our documents are thorough, precise, and built to move through the approval process smoothly.
Interior design built into the process- not added at the end. From day one, we think about how your space will actually look and feel to live in. Furniture placement, lighting design, material selections, and fixture choices are all considered during the planning phase- so nothing is an afterthought. We stay involved through construction and the final styling steps, making sure the finished result matches the vision we built together.
Design that reflects how you live. We don’t apply a one-size-fits-all style. Every project starts with listening- to your lifestyle, your budget, and your vision.
Serving Kirkland, Seattle, Bellevue, Sammamish, and the greater Eastside. With 123+ completed projects in Washington State, we know this region’s neighborhoods, jurisdictions, and building styles.
