I’m Yifat (Jifa), owner and founder of “Jifa Planning & Design,” a full-service interior design studio in Seattle, WA.

Jifa Planning & Design is a Seattle and Eastside-based residential design studio specializing in high-end home additions, custom homes, ADUs, and transformative remodels. We combine thoughtful architectural design with technical precision, delivering comprehensive permit-ready construction documents and coordinating seamlessly with engineers and local jurisdictions.

A meeting to define your project goals. In person or online, I’ll experience your house through your eyes, listen to your needs, and gather information about your space. Then I'll share my ideas and solutions, to accommodate your needs and wishes.

Planning and permitting

Planning and permitting services for your projects. Specializing in all aspects of the process including zoning studies, site and building plans.

Full Interior Design Package

I provide full-service design for small to full house remodels, including floorplans, material selection, and home styling.
